Customer experience is the overall interactive journey between a business and its clients. Customers have come to expect more out of companies and providing a remarkable customer experience is critical to the growth of any business. In my current role, providing support to various departments have allowed me to maintain excellent relationship with clients. My tool for executing such memorable experience has been “engagement”. Following up on queries, relaying adequate information, problem-solving, etc. has created an emotional connection with customers, and managing their expectations makes satisfaction easier to achieve.
