Customer experience is the holistic perception held by a customer relative to a business or brand. It encapsulates everything from interacting with a company’s website, liaising with customer service to receiving the product or service purchased.
Being a customer centric organization, JAMMS is cognizant of this principle and as such has placed it at the centre of its daily operations.
As an officer at JAMMS, one of my responsibilities is to ensure that each customer that I interact with comes away feeling satisfied and special. This is proof positive in instances when I assist first-time promoters in navigating the issues associated with the hosting of an event. I would assist with things such as, ensuring they get their JAMMS permit along with any other required permits /licenses, discuss with them, upon request, various promotional options given the nature of their event just to name a few.
Having assisted them in this respect, they would sometimes call back after the event and express their appreciation for the assistance and service they received. This, I Believe is indicative of their customer experience with JAMMS..
