Customer Experience, as I understand it, is not only the impression someone is left with after making contact with or encountering a goods or service provider, but also how comfortable that customer is with the good or service offered. The quality of customer care impacts a person’s overall experience. 

Relatability, empathy, patience, and reliability are very important factors in my day-to-day encounters. Listening also helps and is not only important but wise. People want to be understood and expect to get solutions, the goal is to give that to them while striving to create the same experience each time.
