Customer service is the first encounter between the customer and the organization and sets the tone for customer/ business interactions. Customer service is one of the key building blocks in an organization and JAMMS is one such organization that is built on relationships with both our external and internal customers. Almost the entire basis of the Receptionist/ Administrative Associate’s position is on customer and client interactions. This position represents the face of the company, therefore, it is imperative that one in such a position not only gives excellent but exceptional even extraordinary service.

In my role, it is imperative that our outside customers be given priority treatment whether it is through face to face interactions, telephone or email correspondence. Every individual should have a quick, satisfactory, pleasant and friendly experience while seeking to tend to their respective business. Internal customer service among staff is also important in order to facilitate a well-functioning system. It is important in this position to give the same respect that you expect to receive to sustain a healthy environment with friendly camaraderie. 

JAMMS is exceptional in providing customer support for both internal and external customers and continually strives toward customer service perfection. Customer service, as the word says our first priority is to serve our customers.
